We are DETAILS Custom, a Custom Home Builder and Home Renovation Contractor based out of London, Ontario and lead by owners Luke and Patricia Oslizlo.
With over 15 years of residential construction experience behind us, we specialize in home renovation and custom home design and build projects. Renovating and building truly unique custom designed homes that align with the vision and dreams of our prestigious clients is our passion. With Luke as the contractor and Patricia as the lead designer, along with our exceptionally skilled trades, we work closely with our clients to create a home that exceeds their expectations.

the details process
At DETAILS we don’t build the same home twice. That’s because each home is entirely unique and designed with the needs of a specific client or family in mind. In order to achieve that we will work very closely with you at the beginning of the project to determine exactly what you need in your home design, and understand the finishes that you expect. These conversations allow us to provide you with an all-in price up front, and avoid the typical list of unexpected “extras” at the end of your project. Working with DETAILS we can guarantee you an unprecedented level of quality and workmanship and we strive to achieve a positive client-contractor relationship based on open communication and trust. Due to our personal in-depth involvement through every stage of the building process, and our unwillingness to compromise on any detail of each home, we take on a limited number of custom builds and home renovations per year.
